Thoughts impact our emotions and our world, especially the ones we tend to believe, speak and practice.
Thoughts can be harmful, stressful or encourage peace, calm and enlightenment. Thoughts are powerful and quite revealing. They remind us of who we are and who we’re not.
Either freed or repressed, our thoughts are building blocks-sculpting much of our daily experiences.. Unless we’re in the seat of authority (responsible living), thoughts can rule/play us like we’re a puppet. Whether we’re creating life, health/wellness or the contrary…it behooves us to be mindful of our thoughts.
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. ~2 Corinthians 10:5
