I think it's fair to say that most of us desire good health (mind, body, spirit). Taking time to address matters of mental, physical and spiritual concern is an absolute must.
The body speaks to us, the mind speaks to us, and our spirits speak to us whenever something is out of alignment. We are wise to adhere to those whispers. Stress is a prime example, it indicates its presence in multiple ways-headaches, restlessness and over-eating just to name a few.
I often encourage deep breathing, journaling or simple periods of sitting quietly to find release. Mind you, momentary release is quite different from long term release or having found a resolution for the matter at hand. Sometimes counsel or other is needed.

I firmly believe that staying healthy is a practice of consistency. My suggestions may or may not work for you, but, the practice of some sort of daily ritual can.
Health experts and practitioners agree, a strong immune helps to fight disease. I have found that a good brew of elderberry tea (elixir) not only soothes, it's an excellent immune booster!
My preference is whole dried elderberry, brewed for either a syrup or tea. Be mindful to boil the elderberry before use, as it can be toxic otherwise. Combined with other herbs and spices (cinnamon, honey, molasses, lemons, ginger, black pepper, etc) makes for a tasty immune booster.
I usually refrigerate the finished product for up to 3 months, sometimes longer. It's certainly a worthy investment.
