Let’s breathe together and bring health of mind, body, spirit into present view. Deep breathing benefits your overall state of being!

In your comfortable place of quiet – relax your body…empty the contents of your mind. Inhale slowly, naturally and deeply through your nose with your full body engaged…counting to 7 – hold for 3…exhale through your mouth slowly and relaxed counting to 10.

The more you allow yourself to breathe deeply, the more you open your body, your mind and your spirit for clarity, peace and calm. With each breath, remind yourself of what really matters. Example – the importance of releasing stress from your body! The importance of releasing whatsoever is not within your charge to handle! The importance of releasing anything/anybody that dare distract you from entering into Divine rest…peace!

Again. Inhale slowly, naturally and deeply through your nose – full body engaged…counting to 7 – hold for 3…exhale through your mouth slowly and relaxed counting to 10. Repeat several times, and over and over throughout your day.
